TKO Group purchases PBR, On Location, and IMG

Sports Business Journal reports that the TKO Group (owners of WWE and UFC) are set to purchase Professional Bull Riders, On Location, and IMG in an “all-equity transaction valued at $3.25B” from Endeavor.
