MMA Junkie reports the attendance, gate and bonuses for UFC 103 in Phoenix, Arizona. Yair Rodriguez led the bonus winners after demolishing B.J. Penn. After a long battle, the New York Assembly voted to legalize professional MMA in the state this past spring. It was signed into law by Governor Andrew Cuomo on April 14th.
