Eric Trump’s DM is not going away

June 16, 2026 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

We should all know by now that you cannot simply delete social media. There’s always a footprint whether you like it or not.

So when Eric Trump sent a direct message to Daniel Cormier for any intel on the fights, it was picked up by multiple journalists and social media goers. Despite a vehement denial by the son of the president and DC saying that his social media was “hacked or something,” many believe that Trump actually asked for “insider information.”

The next step to that would be if Trump would go ahead and use that information to gamble on it and/or make a Kalshi/Polymarket “investment” in a contract.

Now, this can be just a simple misunderstanding between for a non-fan. Of course, we must consider the actual venue the fights were taking place. The current residence of his father. And, presumably the fights were for him (…and America of course).

Trump initial sent out a tweet stating that this was all a hoax, but he then deleted it after it was “Community Noted.”

🚨 In a now-deleted post, Daniel Cormier exposed Eric Trump for asking him if any of the UFC White House fights were rigged:

"I'm probably going to get a lot of flak for bringing this to light, however I refuse to stay silent… Shame on anyone trying to ruin this beautiful… pic.twitter.com/0GldF9HOOG

One of the DM’s (above) seems to request whether “any of the fights tomorrow rigged?” It seems to imply that Trump was attempting to procure information to use.

Cormier has denied the rumors of the DMs being real.

I am of the mind that this is a fake exchange largely because the DMs are so blatant in a request for insider information. Moreover, Cormier is a company man and I doubt he would risk any harm to the UFC. Still, based on the Trump family its hard not to think that it would be outside the realm of possibility.
