CBS will air portion of UFC 327

March 12, 2026 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Seeing the ratings from airing UFC 326 on the network, the last hour of the UFC prelims and the first hour of the main card for UFC 327 will air on network television.

The top two fight for UFC 327 will be a fight for the vacant light heavyweight title as Jiri Prochazka takes on Carlos Ulberg and Joshua Van defends his flyweight title against Tatsuo Taira.

CBS aired the last hour of the prelims and the first hour of the main card to success. The telecast drew the second highest viewership in the A18-49 demo. Overall, it drew a 2.468M viewer averaged and peaked with 3.207M viewers.

The telecast was second overall to the World Baseball Classic on Fox where the US played Mexico. In addition, the NBA was on ABC with Golden State playing Oklahoma City and NBC had the Paralympics. Thus, every major network had some form of live sport on Saturday night.

The UFC should be benefitting from its relationship with Paramount. There are viewers that are tuning in and the hype will indelibly be for the White House card in June.
