Top Rank to distribute Pacquiao-Vargas PPV

UFC 202 PPV buys estimated at 1.65M

UFC 200 estimated over 1M PPV buys; 199 does 320K

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer reports that the buy rate for UFC 200 is estimated to be between 1.1 to 1.2 million PPV buys.  In addition, there are reports that UFC 199 drew 320,000 PPV buys.
