The Legal Submission 74 takes a look at the plaintiffs’ motion to strike Zuffa’s request to exclude 3 of its experts. Notably, Zuffa has introduced a new potential expert which disputes Dr. Hal Singer’s expert opinion. Plaintiffs have objected, but Zuffa explains the rationale for the addition below.
