Trial schedule set in Le Antitrust Lawsuit

In a filing on Monday and made available on Pacer on Tuesday, the parties in the Cung Le Antitrust lawsuit have filed its joint stipulated pre-trial schedule. Notably, initial witnesses and deposition designations (which depo testimony each party may use) were disclosed last week with exhibits being exchanged later this week. Trial is scheduled for April 15, 2024.
