Perhaps hidden among holiday cheer was a new global sponsorship deal between the UFC and the United Kingdom’s canned water brand, Drip. The sponsor made its debut appearance on the UFC mat this past Saturday at UFC Vegas 101 at The Apex.
The press release announcing the sponsorship occurred in November so I am late to the game on this news. Financial terms of the deal were not announced but it makes Drip the Official Water Partner of the UFC.
The deal will include branded water bottles as well as a social media spot entitled “Drip Check” which will check out what fighters are wearing as they arrive at press conferences.
The canned water brand was founded by UK TV Chef and musician Big Zuu. Drip is currently available in the UK and will be available in the United States in 2025.
