UFC makes Poirier’s Louisiana Style Official Hot Sauce of company

November 9, 2022 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The UFC and former lightweight champion Dustin Poirier announced a multi-year marketing partnership for Poirier’s hot sauce, Poirier’s Louisiana Style, which will be the Official Hot Sauce of the UFC.

Poirier’s hot sauce, which he has prominently displayed during previous UFC Embeddeds when he fights will now be in UFC branded content on its social media channels and digital platforms.  The deal also establishes a brand-new sponsorship category for UFC.

Notably, this past Monday, the UFC and Battle Motors renewed a deal which also expanded its relationship to include a new sponsorship category, Official Electric Commercial Truck of the UFC.

Poirier fights Michael Chandler at UFC 281 this Saturday at New York’s Madison Square Garden.

Payout Perspective:

Poirier’s side business is now expanding exponentially and with the UFC deal, it should ascend even more.  Not only is Poirier a fan favorite, he’s been able to use his profile as a fighter to do good for his local community and the business side, his hot sauce, will not be a prominent part of the UFC marketing machine.
