Showtime stars in commercial for Reebok ZJet shoes

July 25, 2014 by Jason Cruz 2 Comments

Anthony and Sergio Pettis star in a web commercial selling the Reebok ZJet running shoe.  Showtime recently signed a deal with Reebok.

The web commercial can be seen on Reebok’s YouTube page.  In the commercial, Showtime talks about persevering to be the best, becoming the UFC champ and dealing with pressure.  The video briefly shows the UFC Lightweight title.  Sergio also makes a brief non-speaking appearance.

The ZJet retails for $129.99.

Payout Perspective:

It appears that Showtime will be a part of the Reebok ZJet launch.  Commercials (which did not include Pettis) for the shoe were played during the Bellator telecast on Spike TV Friday night.  Pettis is a good-looking, well-spoken fighter and it would not be surprising to see more spots with Pettis selling Reeboks.

reebok is like the poor mans adidas there is no denying this, showtime seems to be doing better out of the octogon than inside it, if i was him, i’d prolong this ‘lay off’ for a further 12 months, see how much milk he can squeeze out of those udders

@Josh_HokitUFC You’re gonna cry you were cancelled by the left for “free speech”. And then you’ll post 200 times a day on Twitter until fox and friends invites you on to “tell your story”. And after that you’ll run for congress and your campaign will be centered on white grievance.

This is

Real question. Was this announced or is there an intern somewhere that is taking note of ever fighter’s follow and unfollow?

Ian Garry unfollowed PFL fighter Alexei Pergande after a clip resurfaced of him taking down Garry in sparring:

"Ian Garry is lying about me... I'm not sure why he made up a lie [about me filming him without permission]."
