PBC Fight Night on FS1 this past Saturday drew 345,00 viewers according to Nielsen.  It was FS1’s best performance since January. PBC on Fox drew 1.301 million viewers on Saturday according to Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.  The viewership includes the overrun which saw Chris Arreola defeat Adam Kownacki in a heavyweight matchup. I should point out that according to those at TKO that the ESPN/MVPW boxing deal is a revenue sharing agreement similar to the original AEW/Turner deal in 2019 and not a full paying media rights deal which Top Rank had and wasn't renewed.
