DAZN and TKO Group come together in acquisition

August 26, 2026 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

DAZN has acquired EverPass and will rebrand it as DAZN for Business. Notably, TKO Group Holdings is a minority shareholder in the company formerly known as Everpass.

The company that will now be known as DAZN for Business is the exclusive commercial distribution streaming rights to live sporting events including Sunday Ticket. Essentially, its the business that bars and restaurants work through to air sporting events. DAZN’s acquisition opens the U.S. commercial market to DAZN.

In addition to TKO Group Holdings, RedBird Capital Partners, and 32 Equity, the strategic investment arm of the NFL, will become shareholders in DAZN.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The play looks to be a way that DAZN makes inroads with its content into the U.S. market.
