Court sets date for Injunction in Mayweather-CSI Entertainment

The Judge int he CSI Entertainment-Floyd Mayweather, Jr. case has filed its Order which details the briefing schedule int he lawsuit.

Notably, the hearing on the merits on the Preliminary Injunction will not occur until September 16.

The parties will toil over whether or not CSI Entertainment will sustain irreparable harm if the injunction is not granted. The overarching issue seems to be whether Mayweather will have the opportunity to sign on to another fight prior to the fights he purportedly has with contracted with CSI Entertainment. As we know, Mayweather has filed a lawsuit against his business partner which he claims entered into this contract with CSI Entertainment.
