October 12, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC Fight Night took place Saturday in Rio with the headliner, Charles Olivera leading the list of bonus winners.

Olivera showed out in front of his friends, family and fans as he submitted Mateusz Gamrot in the second round. Olivera has the most Performance Bonuses in UFC History with 14, the most submissions in UFC History with 17 and the most finishes with 21.

Julia Polastri stopped Karolina Kowalkiewicz in the third round to earn a $50K bonus. It was one of two women’s bouts on the prelims to earn a bonus.

BJJ Ace Bia Mesquita was the heavy favorite in her UFC debut against Irina Alekseeva. After what might have been a 10-7 round in the first, Mesquita finally submitted Alekseeva in the second round.

Vitor Petrino earned his $50K bonus with a devastating looking KO of Thomas Peterson in which the heavyweight fell forward to the canvas.
