Raja Jackson arrested, charged with felony

September 19, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Almost a month after his Wrestling Gone Wrong (s/o if you remember that web site) moment, Los Angeles authorities arrested Raja Jackson in the in pro wrestling beating Syko Stu (Stuart Smith).

The video went viral and shows Jackson entering the ring in what was a planned spot. Jackson was to at least pick up and slam Stu. But, Jackson had intentions to get a “receipt” on Stu for “hitting” Raja earlier in the evening. Even though it looked as though the two made up and shook hands, Jackson decided to go after Stu. After the slam, he hit Stu multiple times event after it was clear that he was unconscious.

Stu spent several days in the hospital after the incident.

Jackson is in jail on $50,000 bond. His father, Rampage Jackson, stated that he needs jail time to reflect on his actions.

Payout Perspective:

Based on the video and his statements made while he was livestreaming the incident on Kick, it was clear that Jackson had intent to go into the ring and assault Stu for real, not in pro wrestling entertainment. This could be evidence which would support a felony charge. At this point, Stu has not sued Jackson in civil court for damages although that is likely to happen.

MPO will continue to follow.

Yes, the Pulitzer-winning journalist is the source we should ignore, not the people who continue to want access to the LA sports team they cover. This was a dumb thing to think and an even dumber thing to tweet.
