Dana White got the opportunity on Saturday to do something he loves more than the UFC. And that is denounce allegedly false media reports.
A web site reported the potential expansion of The Apex last month which would serve to have more events at the facility. White dismissed the reports as false stating that the quotes from UFC officials were fabricated as well.
White hates the media. Well, the media he can’t control. This is a reason he loves podcasts. There is no fact-checking and you can say whatever you want to get your point across. It got his buddy the presidency.
Regardless, White denounced the report at the UFC 319 post-fight press conference.

Perhaps a red-herring or just a bad tip. This site reported on the report and discussed how it would make sense for TKO as WWE and UFC begin on new media deals in 2026. To be honest, expanding The Apex would make sense as another way to capitalize on revenue on live events.
