UFC at The White House next year?

July 4, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

In another of his ramblings to appease his followers, the President of the United States stated that he would like to have UFC fights at The White House for America’s 250th birthday. Aside from the clickbait stories we shall get from this (including this one), Conor McGregor (of course) threw his name into the hat as an athlete for this non-existent card.

Obviously, the president likes to take care of his friends, and Dana White is one of the guys that most believe helped get the president the young, white male vote. With depictions of masculinity and pure strength, Trump has sidled up to White (or vice versa) as the leaders of the conservative movement we are currently dealing with at this time. White (and ESPN) have featured Trump whenever he attends a UFC event. Trump has praised White and it will not be surprise if the UFC head runs for the President of the United States one day.

McGregor has visited The White House and received the support of Trump in trying to utilize the MAGA theme in Ireland. McGregor has been found guilty of sexual assault which is in the midst of an appeal. Thus, this seemingly qualifies the former two-time UFC champion for leadership in government.

Trump is just talking, just to talk and while White posted his remarks on social media, I’m of the belief that there was no way he knew POTUS was going to command White to put on a show on the front lawn of The White House. Could this happen? Of course it can, he had a military parade on his birthday. There are no laws which can reign him in which is a huge problem. We shall see the logistics behind it and if its really something actual people want to see.
