The UFC announced Vitor Belfort as its latest member of the UFC Hall of Fame Class of 2025. The former UFC light heavyweight champion will be inducted into the Pioneer Wing of the UFC Hall of Fame Wing.
Belfort was signed by the UFC at the age of 19 at became the youngest athlete to win a UFC fight, and UFC tournament.
Belfort was a force in the early-to-mid 2010s earning wins over the likes of Michael Bisping, Luke Rockhold and Dan Henderson. Belfort announced his retirement at UFC 224 in 2018 after a loss to Lyoto Machida.
