UFC 313 PPV Prelims draws over 1 million viewers on ESPN

March 12, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC 313 took place on Saturday night in Las Vegas. The UFC PPV Prelims drew 1.194 million viewers on ESPN per Programming Insider. The ratings were aided by the lead-in of the Duke-UNC game.

The ESPN PPV Prelims were 50 minutes late on ESPN due to the college basketball game which drew 2.998 million viewers. The complete PPV Prelims aired on Disney+, ESPN+ and ESPNews.

The UFC broadcast on ESPN was 13th overall in prime-time telecast viewership. It was 3rd overall in the A18-49 demo ahead of the Lakers-Celtics prime time game on ABC and the Duke-UNC game.

Notably UFC 312 drew 881,000 viewers last month and UFC 310 drew 588,000 viewers in December.

The complete PPV Prelims telecast was not shown on the main ESPN but one would consider that it drew some interest. Of course, a drop of almost 2 million viewers from the game to the PPV shows the level (or lack thereof) of fandom college basketball fans have of the UFC.
