Dwayne Johnson obtains WWE stock

January 4, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

In a regulatory filing on December 31, 20224, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson acquired 96,558 shares of TKO stock. You might recall he joined the Board of Directors for TKO last year and was awarded full Intellectual Property ownership rights to his name as well as 96,558 shares of the company.

The Class A shares are currently valued at around $13.75 million.

The awarding of more stock for Johnson likely relates to his return to WWE. The timing of the allocation of stock is likely a part of Johnson’s deal when he returned to WWE to perform in lead-up to and through Wrestlemania. The event was a success and drew much more than the stock value The Rock was awarded by TKO.
