AEW Collision draws 417K viewers average opposite Summerslam

August 8, 2023 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

AEW Collision drew an average of 417,000 viewers on Saturday night on TNT per Nielsen via Wrestlenomics. The telecast drew 164,000 viewers for a 0.13 rating in the A18-49 demo.

Collision aired opposite WWE’s Summerslam on the Peacock Network and the ratings reflect the fact that many wrestling fans were watching WWE. Nothing newsworthy came up during the Collision episode likely anticipating the low viewership.

It was the lowest viewership for a Collision episode. Coincidentally, it was the first time that Collision went head-to-head with a WWE PLE.
