Bud Light and Top Rank renew sponsor deal

December 9, 2022 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Bud Light and Top Rank Boxing have renewed its sponsorship deal and it now includes the hard seltzer category to go along with being the official beer of Top Rank Boxing. The news was announced earlier in the week prior to the Teofimo Lopez fight against Sandor Martin on ESPN Saturday night.

Sports Business Journal reports that the length of the renewal is not publicly known. The two sides agreed to a trial deal which began this past summer and included a PSA by Teofimo Lopez.

Payout Perspective:

Look for more tie-ins with Bud Light during ESPN broadcasts as the Top Rank and Bud Light continue to work together. Obviously, the push will be for Bud Light to promote beer as well as its hard seltzer which is the latest fad in alcohol.
