UFC on ESPN 35 draws 830K, Prelims 274K

UFC on ESPN 35 this past Saturday night drew 830,000 viewers on ESPN Saturday making it good enough for 3rd overall in cable ratings.  The Prelims drew 274,000 per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily.

The main card drew 360,000 viewers in the A18-49 demo and a household rating of 0.47.  The prelims drew 120,000 in the A18-49 demo and 0.15.

The main card featured Rob Font as he took on Marlon Vera.  Vera earned the unanimous decision victory over Font. 

The main card drew 0.28 in the A18-49 demo, 0.14 in the F18-49, 0.41 in M18-49, 0.20 in A18-34, 0.09 in F12-34, 0.23 in M12-34, 0.32 in A25-54 and 0.36 in over 50.

The Prelims ere 37th overall.  It drew 0.09 in the A18-49 demo, 0.07 in the F18-49, 0.12 in M18-49, 0.07 in 18-34, 0.04 in F12-34, 0.08 in M12-34, 0.11 in A25-54 and 0.11 in over 50.

Payout Perspective:

The ratings are off from UFC on ESPN 34 and served as a lead-in to Top Rank Boxing which did better than the UFC.  An interesting dip in ratings considering that it usually draws much better than boxing when the both are on the same night.  Of course, those nights usually occur the same night as a PPV.
