UFC Fight Night 199 took place on Saturday night at the UFC Apex. Despite a first round KO, Derrick Lewis was not fortunate enough to get a $50K Performance Bonus.
The Performance Bonuses went to Melissa Gato and Cub Swanson. Gato earned her $50K bonus with a third round stoppage of Sjara Eubanks. It was the Brazilian’s first Performance Bonus in her second UFC win. Cub Swanson earned his bonus with a first round wheel-kick stoppage over Darren Elkins.
The Fight of the Night went to Amanda Lemos and Angela Hill. Lemos earned the split decision victory after a back-and-forth affair which could have gone either way.
