The Legal Submission 32 – Looking at Zuffa-Johnson antitrust lawsuit

I am back with a diagnosis of the Motion to Dismiss and the opposition to it in Kajan Johnson’s antitrust lawsuit against Zuffa. The lawsuit is similar to the Cung Le lawsuit and Zuffa highlights this in its Motion. Alternatively, there are some arguments Johnson makes in it to protect the fighters post-2017.
