AEW Rampage drew 502,000 viewers on Friday night per Nielsen via ShowBuzz Daily. It was the lowest output for the Friday night show since the debut of CM Punk on it this past August.
The ratings drew just a 0.17 rating in the A18-49 demo which was over 30% less than its ratings one week earlier. The viewership was down almost 20% for the normally one hour telecast for AEW.
Payout Perspective:
Rampage started out hot, but is drifting. A Friday night slot opposite SmackDown seems to be hurting viewership. Last week, it was also the MLB Playoffs which took some viewers away. This Friday will be interesting to see since Dynamite moves to Friday night due to NHL hockey on TNT on Wednesdays.
