Wilder-Fury III undercard draws 327K on ESPN2, 191K on FS1

October 12, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury Prelims on ESPN 2 drew 327,000 viewers on Saturday night.  Also, the PBC Prelims on FS1 drew 191,000 viewers for the same fights.

The undercard fights aired on cable prior to the PPV telecast featuring the main card and the 3rd fight between Wilder and Fury.

The most notable fighter on the undercard was Julian “JRock” Williams as the former world champion dropped a split decision to Vladimir Hernandez.

Both telecasts went up against one another as well as late afternoon college football. Unlike UFC Prelims, these undercards ratings do not reflect what the eventual PPV buy rate may be for the trilogy due to how much earlier they take place from the actual main event which most boxing fans pay to see.

Wait, is this for real? Trump spent $60 million of our taxpayer funds to host a UFC fight and then is selling UFC coin to line his family’s pockets. The Trump corruption swamp is a mile deep.
