Paul-Woodley make $2M for fight Sunday

August 31, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Headliners Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley received $2M each for their bout on Sunday night according to commission reports.

The Ohio State Athletic Commission released the official payout information on Tuesday.

Jake Paul:  $2M

Tyron Woodley:  $2M

Amanda Serrano:  $75,000

Yamileth Mercado:  $45,000

Montana Love:  $60,000

Ivan Baranchyk:  $60,000

Tommy Fury:  $15,000

Anthony Taylor:  $40,000

Charles Conwell:  $80,000

Juan Carlos Rubio:  $20,000

The payouts differ from those circulated on social media which shows Paul taking a $1M less to distribute among the others on the card. Obviously, the boxing purses were likely floated by someone from the Paul camp. Still, the payouts reflect the level of investment in this card. $2M is likely the biggest purse Woodley has received and that does not event account for any PPV upside or bonuses.
