UFC Vegas 27 took place on Saturday at The Apex in Las Vegas and aired on ESPN+. The bonus winners included Bruno Silva who dispatched Victor Rodriguez in a minute.
The flyweight dropped Rodriguez with a big right hand which was the beginning of the end. Carla Esparza earned a $50K Performance Bonus for her win over Yan Xiaonan.
The Fight of the Night went to Jared Vanderaa and Justin Tafa with Vanderaa earning the win.
Payout Perspective:
A low-key UFC Saturday event with all being on the digital platform and ESPN touting the Top Rank event on the main network. In fact, the main events aired at about the same time on the network and digital platforms.
