PFL offers Fan Tokens on the Blockchain

March 31, 2021 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Professional Fighters League announced that it is launching a Fan Token to increase engagement with its followers.

The rise of the blockchain is increasing and the $PFL Fan Tokens are collectible digital assets, minted on the Chiliz blockchain, “that provide owners with access to voting rights in polls, VIP rewards, exclusive league and sponsor promotions, AR-enable features, chat forums, games and competitions on Chiliz’ fan engagement and rewards mobile app Socios.com.”

$PFL Fan Tokens go for $2 on the Socios.com web site.

Payout Perspective:

This will be an interesting experiment for the company as it ventures into the blockchain space.  The move to increase fan engagement using digital assets will ensure that fans remain committed to the PFL.  The big question is how committed will PFL fans be to the promotion that it will be willing to spend money on tokens.
