William Knight is off of this Saturday’s UFC 260 card due to COVID-19 protocols. He is being rebooked for another fight in April at UFC on ABC 2.
Fortunately, LFA light heavyweight champion Fabio Cherant will take his place against Alonzo Menifield. Knight will face Da Un Jung who was originally scheduled to fight Shamil Gamzotov. He is out due to visa issues.
COVID-19 has caused the promotion to reshuffle fights. Ironically, Menifield was out of his February 27th with Knight due to testing positive for COVID-19. Now, Knight will take his second fight in a couple weeks.
The shuffling and rotation of the UFC goes on as UFC 260 will remain with 10 fights. The main event will feature Stipe Miocic defending his UFC Heavyweight title against Francis Ngannou.
