The second to the last telecast of Bellator on the Paramount Network drew 300,000 viewers on Friday night.  Bellator 245 featured Phil Davis and Lyoto Machida II.

Bellator on Paramount 2020

Bellator 239:  296,000

Bellator 240:  310,000

Bellator 242:  277,000

Bellator 243:  403,000

Bellator 244:  275,000

Bellator 245: 300,000

The telecast was the first of two straight nights on the network as the promotion finishes out its string of shows under its current contract.  It will begin with CBS Sports Network starting in October.

Davis defeated Machida in a rematch of their fight in the UFC.  The show also saw the promotional debut of Cat Zingano as she returned to the cage with a victory.

The ratings are an improvement from Bellator 244 on the network with drew 275,000 viewers.

Payout Perspective:

A change of scenery may help the promotion attract viewers as ratings for Bellator have dipped over the years on the SpikeTV/Paramount Network.
