UFC on ESPN +34 bonuses

September 6, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC on ESPN+34 took place on Saturday night at The Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The company issued its $50,000 bonuses which includes four finishes.

Michel Pereira scored a Performance bonus for his win over Zelim Madaev.  Attaining a reputation for his flamboyant footwork and mix of capoeira-inspired strikes, Pereira choked out Zelim Madaev in the third-round of their fight.

Brian Kelleher, who has made the most of the pandemic fights, scored a submission victory over Ray Rodriguez needing just 39 seconds in the first round.  It was Kelleher’s third fight since the UFC started up again this past May and his fourth of 2020.

Andre Muniz submitted Bartosz Fabinski in the very first round of their fight on Saturday night.  It was the middleweight’s first UFC bonus.

Ovince St. Preux was the only KO of the performance bonuses. OSP dominated the fight and ended Alonzo Menifield in the second round with a counter left hand.

Payout Perspective:

A quick night for the UFC as several fights were postponed due to positive COVID-19 tests.  Still, there were several entertaining fights including the four above that made it an enjoyable watch.
