February 23, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC on ESPN +26 took place on Saturday from Auckland, New Zealand with the main event taking home the Fight of the Night honors.

Paul Felder and Dan Hooker drew Fight of the Night Honors.  Hooker earned the victory in a close fight.  Both ended up in the hospital after the event.  The performance bonuses went to Jimmy Crute who won via first round submission and Priscilla Cachoeira who earned her $50,000 bonus with a KO in the first round.

The event took place at Spark Arena in Auckland and drew a sellout of 10,025 fans for a gate of $1,239,625 USD per the UFC post-event.  According to the promotion, it was a record for the venue.

Payout Perspective:

Another good international event for the UFC as New Zealand came out for the promotion on Saturday.  The fans were treated to a good main event with a close bout between Hooker and Felder.
