AEW draws 893K viewers, NXT 794K Wednesday night

AEW stayed in the top 5 for cable telecasts on Wednesday night while WWE NXT gained viewers.  AEW drew 893,000 viewers as NXT drew 794,0000.

AEW Dynamite on TNT drew 0.31 in the Adult 18-49 demo and 0.44 in the M18-49 demo.  The two-hour telecast featuring the promotion’s first steel cage match drew 0.36 in the P25-54 demo and 0.38 in the over 50 demo.

NXT drew 0.25 in the A18-49 demo, 0.32 in the M18-49 demo, 0.30 in the adult 25-54 demo and 0.38 in the over 50 demo.

Payout Perspective:

Its interesting to note that AEW has now drawn the same in the over 50 demo, a section of fans that the WWE had a grip over.  AEW still has the edge in the Adult and Male demo in the 18-49 demo.  The good news for NXT is that they’ve picked up viewers and remain steady.
