Wilder-Fury to air in movie theaters via Fathom Events

February 19, 2020 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Fathom Events announced that the Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury fight will be available for viewing in local theatres.

Tickets for the PPV event between the two heavyweights range depending on where you live.  In the Seattle, WA area the tickets are going for $20 while at LA Live in Los Angeles, an adult ticket is going for $28.  In New York City, the ticket for an adult/child/senior is $22.

The fight is a rematch between the two top boxers in the heavyweight division.  This event is ensured to gross at least 1 million buys on PPV due to the dramatic draw from their last bout.

Payout Perspective:

Most big events include a movie theater alternative for those wanting to watch it but not willing to pay the $80 or withstand going to a crowded sports bar.  Wilder-Fury is receiving some big promotion and this should be the biggest grossing event in some time.

Wait, is this for real? Trump spent $60 million of our taxpayer funds to host a UFC fight and then is selling UFC coin to line his family’s pockets. The Trump corruption swamp is a mile deep.
