The World Series of Fighting 23 on Friday night on NBC Sports Network drew 184,000 viewers according to Sport TV Ratings. An immediate replay of the event drew another 100,000 viewers Friday night.
The live show which aired from 10:00-12:30am on Friday night reflects a 28% decrease from WSOF 22.
The 2015 average for WSOF events (WSOF 17-23) is currently at 202,000 viewers.
The ESPN College Football game between Florida State and Boston College ruled the night on sports cable as it drew 3.148M viewers between 7:53pm-11pm ET.
Payout Perspective:
The event featured a good action main event with Justin Gaethje defending his lightweight title against Luis Palomino. It was a return bout from March’s WSOF 19. The event did not receive a ton of buzz which might be the reason for the poor rating. Of course, College Football ruled the night.

Why the huge jump for WSOF 11?
@ The Greatest, hard to say, the card was kinda lame too. It was originally supposed to be Palares vs Fitch, then Fitch vs Shield. Maybe a lot of people tuned in thinking one of those fights was still on?
I thought that was the card on prime time on NBC rather than NBC Sports, no?
How are NBC Sports ratings in general these days? I know they are showing Premier League soccer and some other sports stuff. I wonder if this is a WSOF/PBC issue or the channel sucks in general. I’m guessing a little from column A and a little from column B.
PBC on NBCSN in August did 362k. In July it did 242k but it went up against Sergey Kovalevs fight on HBO that did 1.08m
