MMA Junkie reports the disclosed salaries from Saturday night UFC Fight Night 70.  Lyoto Machida earned 1/3 of the total reported payouts drawing $200,000 in his loss to Yoel Romero.

Yoel Romero: $66,000 (includes $33,000 win bonus)

def. Lewis Gonzalez: $8,000

Tony Sims: $20,000 (includes $10,000 win bonus)
def. Steve Montgomery: $10,000

Sirwan Kakai: $20,000 (includes $10,000 win bonus)
def. Danny Martinez : $10,000

The total disclosed payroll was $601,000

Payout Perspective:

Gonzalez was docked 20% of his fight purse for not making weight.  Machida’s payout is on par what he has been receiving although the 37-year old may be heading toward the downside of his career (and his pay).  Romero and Larkin were the next two highest paid on Saturday earning $33K and $33K.

    Broner???? Broner will be making UFC prelim fighter money soon considering he loses every time he fights someone good. And yeah, he made over a million because PBC is over paying their fighters and losing money from their fights. His fights are generating less than a million.

    PBC = Bad Business/Future XFL!

    HAHAHAHAHA!!

    D you forget the XFL had a major competitor in the NFL, who is PBC’s competition? How’s that loan gonna work out for Zuffa and UFC??

    Fag fan, first off, there is a lot of competition in boxing alone, not to mention the UFC, Bellator, etc. Bellator is beating PBC on Spike, you do realize this, right? Also, it really doesn’t matter because PBC is losing millions and under-performing. They are banking on a long term play, but what is going to alter the ratings to where they need them? There is nothing. There are no other variables.

    The loan is working out fine for Zuffa, they have a ton of revenue streams, PBC has none, they lose money with everything.

    Bradley had over 1m viewers. And? That’s not some incredible feat. Shamrock-Kimbo destroyed that number as a mma sideshow on cable.

    What is with this gay fixation you have with your local wild wings? Is that where you go to suck dick?
