Bellator’s demo this week allowed it to make the top 100 for cable ratings. I think this is the first time that has ever happened.

Excellent job to Bellator MMA! Also, I found the fight between Minakov and Kongo to be very entertaining. Minakov deserved to win, but I thought Kongo did better on the ground against Monakov than I had expected. In fact, Kongo totally dominated Minakov on the ground in the fourth round after he took Minakov down. If Kongo had repeated that in the fifth round, he would have won the fight and the Bellator heavy-weight belt.

A more accurate statement is: “Spike is killing FS1/FS2”.

Unbelievable, the demo went up even higher than first reported.

Bellator has done the impossible and is now an equal tv competitor with the UFC. What was impossible several years ago has happened.

If Spike has been able to grow Bellator’s ratings, imagine how the UFC would be doing if it had stayed put instead of moving. Especially given the fact that Spike allowed the UFC to run so much content on the channel.

The FOX move is looking worse and worse every day.

lol these numbers are well below the UFC numbers and lets not forget that Bellator got decent numbers here because they used a name created by the UFC. Remember when Bjork said he wasn’t using UFC cast offs? This is why he changed his mind. They cant survive without UFC rejects. The best Bellator show possible does what the UFC does with its 40th event and the lowest of the 500 guys they have under contract.
