I would like to announce that I will be leaving my post as Managing Editor of MMAPayout.com effective this afternoon.
The last three years have been a great experience. MMA Payout has provided me with an opportunity to stay active in MMA while going back to school, help build a niche MMA news authority, and form many great relationships along the way. I have written many articles – close to 800, I believe. While I could not possibly pick a favorite, I have linked to a few below that I really enjoyed writing.
The time has now come to focus on my career. I will graduate in June with an MBA from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon. Then I will look to work full-time in the MMA industry; seeking to aid in the growth and ascension of this sport we all love.
I must thank Adam Swift for providing me with this wonderful opportunity. I’d be remiss if I did not thank Jose Mendoza and Jason Cruz for their tremendous contributions over the last year. Of course, I also owe a very large thank you to our very loyal and enthusiastic community of readers for all of their support. Thank you all.

For what little value my opinion holds, I think you this site has become more than just a niche MMA site. You guys put up more valuable analysis of all the business aspects of MMA than just about all the other sites combined. You have become the CNBC/Fox Business of MMA, which I consider more than just a niche.
