Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports reported via Twitter that Saturday night’s HBO Boxing event featuring Juan Manuel Marquez and Mike Alvarado averaged 1.2 million HBO subscribers.  The peak for the event taking place at the Forum in Inglewood, California was 1.3 million. ESPN reports the PPV rate for the rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley received between 750,000 and 800,000 buys.
