Andre Ward’s return to the ring Saturday night drew 1.064 million HBO subscribers according to Sports TV Ratings.  Ward defeated Sullivan Barrera by unanimous decision in what many believe is a tune up for bigger fights (i.e. Sergey Kovalev). HBO’s Boxing event Saturday night featuring Terrence Crawford drew an average of 982,000 subscribers of the premium network per Sports TV Ratings. I should point out that according to those at TKO that the ESPN/MVPW boxing deal is a revenue sharing agreement similar to the original AEW/Turner deal in 2019 and not a full paying media rights deal which Top Rank had and wasn't renewed.
