Mayweather-Cotto: 1.5 million PPV buys

An HBO press release indicated that the Mayweather-Cotto PPV scored 1.5 million buys last Saturday night generating $94 million in revenue. WWE reports WM 28 buys: 1.3 million

The WWE is reporting that the preliminary PPV buy rate for Wrestlemania 28 is 1.3 million buys worldwide.  It also is reporting that global gross sales exceeded $67 million including the live event.
