Danny Garcia tops salaries for HBO event at Mandalay Bay

MMA Payout has obtained from the Nevada Athletic Commission the payouts, attendance and gates from last week’s boxing event at the Mandalay Bay Events Center featuring Danny Garcia and Brandon Rios. The return of Danny Garcia to the ring saw him draw 516,000 viewers on Showtime Saturday night according to Nielsen.  His fight against Brandon Rios peaked at 558,000 viewers. Showtime lands Joshua-Parker rights in U.S.

ESPN reports that Showtime has secured the U.S. rights to the Anthony Joshua-Joseph Parker heavyweight title fight on March 31st.
