Conor Benn signs 5-fight deal with Zuffa Boxing

April 17, 2026 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

Making an appearance on ESPN, Dana White announced that it has resigned Conor Benn to a 5-fight deal with Zuffa Boxing. Benn has called out Ryan Garcia immediately after the news.

Benn made news when White signed him to a 1 fight deal worth $15 million dollars as he left longtime promoter Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing. Benn fought as the co-main event of the Tyson Fury card on Netflix. He won an uninspiring 10-round fight against Regis Prograis. Prograis retired immediately after the fight.

Less than a week later, Benn has re-signed with White.

Payout Perspective:

Criticism arose when Benn signed with Zuffa Boxing just for one fight. But, maybe it was a “wait and see” deal. It would seem that Benn sees opportunity with the new promotion and a fight against Garcia would be interesting. As of right now, Garcia’s promoter is Golden Boy, owned by Oscar de la Hoya. White and Oscar do not get along and the promotion for the fight would be big…and contentious. We shall see.
