UFC London took place on Saturday at the O2 Arena. Despite social media reports of a smallish crowd, Dana White reported a sellout.
During the post-fight press conference White stated that18,000 people attended for a gate of $4.5M. Last year’s UFC London event drew slightly more per a report from Jed I Goodman. Thus far, its the largest announced attendance and gate at a non-Meta Apex Fight Night. Thus far, the UFC has held Fight Nights in Mexico City and Houston. Seattle will host a Fight Night this Saturday.
The bonuses went to Shanelle Dyer, Iwo Baranieski and Mason Jones and Axel Sola for Fight of the Night. All received, $100K. The finish bonuses went to Brandon Pericic and Danny Silva.
