Paramount builds on UFC deal to include Latin America and Australia

October 28, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

The Hollywood Reporter among other outlets reports that Paramount has expanded its media deal with the UFC as it has added the streaming rights for Latin America and Australia.

This past summer Paramount entered into a 7 year, $7.7 Billion deal for the UFC’s media rights in North America. Paramount sought additional international markets as they came up.

It looks as though Latin America and Australia were the first opportunities for Paramount as it scooped them up just a couple months after the initial deal. The Latin American deal will include 13 “numbered” UFC event and 30 Fight Night events. The Australia deal includes all 30 Fight Nights and the prelims for all “numbered” UFC events. Foxtel holds the PPV rights for “numbered” events in Australia.
