White announces two $100K bonuses for undercard fighters

September 13, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

As incentive to deliver an undercard worth watching, Dana White announced earlier this week that he would award $100,000 bonuses for the Performance of the Night and Fight of the Night.

Although it was not made clear at the announcement on Friday, it appears that the $100K would be from Turki Alalshikh and not necessarily from White as the promoter of the event. This distinction may explain any ruffled feathers from UFC fighters who receive $50K bonuses for similar performance and fight of the night bonuses.

The undercard fights for the Canelo-Crawford card are on YouTube prior to the main card on Netflix. The monetary bonus ensures that fighters will put on an action fight that fans will enjoy in hopes of earning more money. In the past, UFC has offered more money for performance bonuses, but after a card which did not deliver, White said he’d never raise bonuses higher than $50K again.
