The WWE PLE deal will start earlier than we thought as the company announced that it will air Wrestlepalooza on September 20th on ESPN+.
The Premium Live Event will be the first under the new partnership between WWE and ESPN. The companies announced the new partnership earlier this month in which WWE would air its Premium Live Events on ESPN’s new digital platform. The Premium Live Events aired on NBC Universal’s Peacock Network.
Wrestlepalooza on ESPN will feature an anticipated match between Brock Lesnar and John Cena.
Another wrinkle to the story is that WWE’s event in Indiana will be on the same night as AEW’s PPV, All Out.
