UFC 319 attendance, gate, and bonuses

August 17, 2025 by Jason Cruz Leave a Comment

UFC 319 took place Saturday night in Chicago, Illinois. The promotion handed out 4 Promotional Bonuses.

Tim Elliott cut his hair and earned a Performance Bonus with a second-round submission of up-and-coming Kai Asakara. Carlos Prates earned his $50K bonus with a KO of Geoff Neal via spinning back elbow in the first round. Interestingly enough Lerone Murphy earned his $50K bonus in the next fight on the card with another spinning back elbow of Aaron Pico. Finally, Khamzat Chimaev earned a Performance Bonus as he totally dominated the former middleweight champion Dricus du Plessis. I am not sure, but it may be the first time that bonuses were handed out on three consecutive fights on a card.

The event at the United Center drew 20,023 people for a gate of $11,014,682. The UFC advertised that the event was so large that it was able to release more tickets day of the event.
